Many ways lead to HASA: each member has a different story to tell how she or he discovered HASA, as we have seen in the wonderful HASA birthday stories in July.

Some of you were told about HASA by a friend. Some of you saw a strange reference to "HASA Challenges" at FanFictionNet. Others found their way there through Google or because people on their LiveJournal friends' list talked about HASA.

Indeed, many ways lead to HASA!

We want to make HASA as easy to find as possible. We also want to make it as easy as possible for you to keep up to date with everything that's going on at HASA – be it new stories, new Challenges, new Workshops or HASA holiday celebrations.

Therefore we are very happy to announce today that there is a new way to HASA:

the HASA LiveJournal Community!

If you are a LiveJournal user, become a member of this

"Henneth Annûn Story Archive - LJ Community for HASA Members and Friends"

and view the weekly announcements, the Challenges and Resources Bulletin on your friends' list.

That way you will never miss what's new and interesting at HASA!

If you are not a LiveJournal user, never fear! We have more options and one is bound to be just right for you:

Forum email notices: Did you know you can sign up to be emailed posts from any HASA forum? Have messages delivered right to your email box!

On the main discussion page, the one where all the discussion threads show up, look in the status box right below the introduction at the top of the page. Click on the link "Join Email List". Even read-only discussion will allow you to do this. Of course, this applies to more than announcements - sign up for your favorite story discussions, too. A hot discussion to join is the Research Questions discussion. Explore the Forums and sign up!

HASA News Yahoo list: Do you Yahoo? Then join us over at the HASA News list. Read them as they are posted, or join to have them emailed to you. This list is open to the public, not just HASA members. Site status messages are usually posted here first.

HASA Stories RSS: Are you at the cutting edge of everything? Do you know your RSS from your Atom? HASA has two story RSS feeds available and more in the works. For more information about these feeds, drop by the RSS announcement on HASA News, here.

No matter which way to HASA you prefer to take, we hope that you enjoy your time here and there!
